Extreme Boot Camp (X-BC) - 20 Slots Available Monthly

The most challenging of our workout programs. It is 60 minutes of intense activity incorporating muscle strength, muscle endurance and cardio. This challenging but achievable program forces the body to burn 1 1/2 - 2 pounds of fat a week, and increases the body’s muscle mass, making the body leaner and stronger. The US Army Physical Fitness Test will be used to gauge the performance of this program.

Note: We do train outdoors (Temperature above 45 degrees-F. and dry) we will give due notice to allow for proper dress. This includes all 4 seasons.

**A healthy eating plan should accompany this workout program. (Low fat intake diet)

Equipment Required

  • Dumbbells (minimum 10 pounds for women; 15 pounds for men)
  • Jump Rope

Length of Session

Monthly, starts first schedule training day of the month, ends the last training day of the month. This session offers 7 Classes a week.

AM Boot Camp (ABC) - 25 Slots Available Monthly

A high speed program that enhances an individual’s muscle endurance and cardio.  This 60 minute class is designed to give a non-military individual the initial effects of a newly enlisted soldier; making him/her physically ready to endure challenges that are normally difficult to overcome making success easier mentally and physically.

PM Boot Camp (PBC) 25 Slots Available Monthly

An aggressive 45 minute cardio workout program with your heart rate averaging 130 to 140 beats per minute. Muscle endurance is incorporated into the cardio workout to ensure a non-stop and exciting period of physical fitness training, forcing the body's composition to a fit a healthy look.

**A healthy eating plan should accompany this workout program. (Low fat intake diet)

  • Dumbbells (minimum 5 pounds for women; 10 pounds for men)
  • Exercise Mats

Combatant Training (CT) 20 Slots Available Monthly

Combatant Training uses the techniques of kick-boxing and San Shou (full contact). The individual will go through the training of a competition fighter building timing, reflex, speed and power. We teach individuals how to defend themselves by learning the proper use of kicks, punches, blocks and evading techniques. This aggressive workout streamlines the body giving it the look of a tapered and well prepared fighter.

Equipment Required

  • Jump rope
  • Boxing gloves
  • Martial Art Shoes or some flat athletic shoe (not running shoes or cross trainer) shoes must allow you to pivot and kick.

Personal Training

Personal Training is one-on-one training.

**A provided diet plan will accompany this workout program.

Equipment Required

All equipment needed, will be provided for client on site.

Rates

$51.36 an hour (60 minutes) $26.75 a half hour (30 minutes)

Special Agreement Rate

With contract, 12 sessions at $25.00 an hour over a (1) month period

Fitness and Wellness Program

Fitness and Wellness Program is an off-site program where we will come to a group and conduct physical fitness training; track weight, tape and fat percentage on all requested participants, offering them healthy eating plans and self-tracking procedures.
